The dashboard is designed to give you and your team a clear overview of what needs to be done next.

You can filter orders by date, status, and location, as well as register manual payments (credit card payments are not available yet) and pick up and return orders with quick action buttons.

How it works

1. Filtering orders

There are several ways to filter orders in the dashboard easily from the menu at the top of the screen. These filters can be combined to get more granular information about your upcoming orders and help you prepare for them.

1. Date

You can filter orders by date using the drop-down menu on the top left of your screen. Here you can choose to display orders for today, tomorrow, upcoming, and late.

2. Status

You can filter orders by status using the four status labels at the top of your screen. Here you can choose to display all orders, orders that need to be picked up, orders that need to be returned, and orders where our system thinks you may have shortages due to insufficient stock.

3. Location

You can filter orders by location using the drop-down menu in the top middle of your screen. Here you can choose to display orders for a specific location when you have multiple set up in your account.

As mentioned, you can combine these filters to get a more detailed summary. For example, you may wish to see orders that will be picked up today in location B.

2. Take quick actions

Quick actions allow you to perform specific tasks directly from your dashboard without going into the orders themselves. These actions are designed to speed up order processing and improve efficiency as you can achieve tasks in fewer taps.

1. Payments

Within the information about each order on the dashboard, you will see a button on the left. The button will be blue and display "Pay" if an order requires payment, and you can tap this button to process a manual payment (credit card payments are not available on the mobile app yet). The button will be white and display "Paid" if an order has been paid, and you can tap this button to view the received payment information.

2. Pick-ups and returns

The second button you will see is for the action you need to take for an order. If an order needs to be picked up, it will be orange and display "Pick up." You can tap this button to be brought straight into the pick-up screen for the order. If an order needs to be returned, it will be green and display "Return." You can tap this button to be brought straight into the return screen for the order.

3. Cancellations

If you view orders within the late filter on the dashboard, you will be presented with the same options in addition to a need cancel button. This will allow you to immediately cancel an order that has not been paid for and picked up.

3. Search the barcode scanner

Finally, you can use the search bar and barcode scanner to find a specific order and be presented with quick action buttons for said order. This allows you to quickly process an order without scrolling through every order to find it.

1. Search

You can search for orders by an order number, customer, or product. This will display all orders for your search term and can be filtered using the previously mentioned filtering options.

2. Barcode scanner

You can also use the pop-up barcode scanner to scan a QR code or barcode relating to an order, customer, or product. Again, these results can be filtered using the previously mentioned filtering options.
