The coupons report allows you to quickly check how many times a coupon code is used and how much has been discounted in amount based on a date range.
This helps analyze coupon performance, track redemptions, and understand coupon usage patterns over time

How it works
1. Where to find the coupons report
Go to Reports from the left sidebar of your Booqable account.
Under Coupons, click Run report.
2. How to filter the report
From the left sidebar, the coupons report can be filtered by:
Status: Whether the coupon is currently Active, Inactive, or Expired based on the coupon's Active/Inactive toggle status and the 'Specific dates' setting (if the end date has passed).
Reporting period: A selectable date range for when the coupon was used.
Tags: Tags associated with the coupon codes from the Coupons settings.
3. Understanding the data
Status: Whether the coupon is currently active or inactive will be shown in this column.
Usage: The number of times the coupon code was used within the selected reporting period. This does not count draft or cancelled orders.
Total discount: The total amount that was discounted during the selected reporting period.
Tags: Tags associated with the coupon codes will be shown in this column.
Created at: The date that the coupon was created.
4. Export the report
Export your report to a CSV file to:
Sort and filter data more freely
Combine with other data sources
Create custom reports or dashboards
To export:
Scroll to the bottom of the sidebar
Click Export

Regularly review coupon performance
Review coupon performance over a selected period by filtering the reporting period.
Archive expired coupons
Use the Expired status filter to find expired coupon codes if you want to remove them.
Monitoring discount impact
Quickly see the amount discounted in the Total discount column to see the impact of your coupon codes.
Use tags to organize promotional campaigns
Add tags to your coupons to filter the report and track the impact of specific promotional campaigns.
