How to log in to your Booqable account

Learn how to access your streamlined rental store through logging into your Booqable account.

Logging in to Booqable is the first step you and your team can do to start managing your rental business more efficiently.

Follow the steps below to log in to your Booqable account.

How it works

  1. Go to your Booqable login page.

  2. Enter your email address and click Go.

  3. Select the company you want to log in to (this screen shows you all companies associated with your email address). 

  4. Enter your password and click Log in.

💡Note: You can quickly go to your Booqable account via [your-company-name] Bookmark your account for easy access.


💡Note: If you’re having trouble getting signed in to Booqable, first double-check that you’re using the correct email address.

1. How do I change my password?

To change or reset your password, follow the steps in How do I change my password?

2. What do I do if I get the message "You have to confirm your account before continuing"?

When you see this message, make sure you've confirmed your email address. 

Click the confirmation link in the email you received when you signed up, or click "Didn't receive confirmation instructions?"  to send a new confirmation link.

3. What do I do if I get the message "Your account is not active yet"?

This message means you're a team member on the Booqable account, but the account owner has not activated your account (yet). Reach out to them and get them on the case! See Team Accounts for more information.

4. How do I change my Booqable account URL?

To change the company name from the following URL: [your-company-name] please reach out to the support team at [email protected].
