How to create an online booking in Booqable
You can easily place an order through your online store. Follow the steps below to complete a booking from start to finish.
Step 1: Open your online store
Log in to your Booqable account.
Click Online store in the navigation menu.
Select View online store in the top-right corner to open your storefront.
Step 2: Add a product to your cart
Browse your store and select the product you want to rent or book.
Click Add to cart to continue.
Step 3: Select your booking dates
Use the date picker to choose your start and end dates.
The picker automatically starts from the first available date.
It follows your business rules (like operating hours and away periods), so customers can only select available dates.
Once dates are selected, open the cart and click Checkout.
Step 4: Create an account (if required)
If account creation is enabled, you’ll need to sign up before checking out:
Enter your name, email address, and password.
Confirm your password.
Choose whether you’re booking as a Private customer or a Company.
Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Continue to checkout.
Step 5: Complete the checkout
Fill out all required fields in the checkout form.
(Optional) Enter a coupon code if you have one.
If online payments are enabled, follow the prompts to complete your payment.
Step 6: Confirm your order
Once you finish checkout:
Your order is automatically created in Booqable.
The customer receives a confirmation email.
You can find the order under Orders in your Booqable dashboard.
