1. Adding bundles to an order
To add a bundle to an order, search its name or tag, and click Add product.
If you want to see how many are available, make sure to select a rental period first.
2. Adjusting Bundle Quantities
You can adjust the quantity of bundles overall, but you can also adjust quantities of their contents.
Adjusting quantity at the bundle level
When adjusting the quantity of bundles overall, the contents will be multiplied to match the original configuration (based on the quantity originally set for each product within the bundle).
If you add or remove quantities from the contents, this will be respected even when you change the quantity at the bundle level.
For example: If you add one extra unit to one of the bundle’s contents and then change the quantity at the bundle level, the bundle will update using the original configuration plus one additional unit.
Adjusting quantity at the contents level
If you change a bundle content's quantity from the default amount, then a slash number will appear to show the original configuration of the bundle.
Also, bundle contents can be removed from the order by clicking on the 'x' button next to the item. The product will be greyed out and the quantity changed to 0.
If you click on the Add button to add the product back to the bundle, it will always add a quantity of 1 so make sure to adjust the quantity using the quantity selector.
3. Bundle Pricing on Orders
Automatically calculated charges
For product bundles, a custom charge duration can be set at both the bundle level and the content level.
If you change the charge duration on the bundle level, all products in the bundle will update.
To change the charge duration for a specific item in a bundle, use the dropdown next to that item.
Manual charges
To manually change the pricing of bundles on an order, you will need to edit the prices of the contents by clicking on the Pencil icon.
