Go to the "App store" section in the left sidebar.

Click on the OptimoRoute app and click on "Install app".

Grant OptimoRoute additional permissions.

If you haven't already, create an OptimoRoute account or log in.
​

Go to your OptimoRoute dashboard.
​

Click on Administration > Settings from the top menu.
​

In the left sidebar, click on the Account dropdown and go to Web service API.
​

API enabled must be checked to use the integration.
​

Copy the API key.
​

Navigate back to the OptimoRoute app settings in Booqable and paste the API key under OptimoRoute API key.
​

Click Connect OptimoRoute.
​

Once it is connected, you can choose to send order weights to OptimoRoute by clicking the dropdown under Order weight.

You've successfully connected your OptimoRoute account!

Create a delivery order from the Orders section.
​

Once you have entered all the order details, click Reserve to generate the OptimoRoute Inbound and Outbound routes.
These will show up under Information as new fields.
​

To find the order in OptimoRoute, go to the Plan and optimize section.
​

Select the date for either the delivery or return and under Routes, you will find the inbound and outbound routes.
​

To adjust your application settings, navigate to the App Store dashboard and select your app, or access it directly from the App Store tab within your Booqable account.

Once you've entered your app's configuration settings, click on the cogwheel icon in the upper-right corner. There you can uninstall the app.
