Activity logs give you a clear history of everything that changes in Booqable. They help your team track what happened, when it happened, and who did it, so you can quickly resolve questions, prevent mistakes, and keep everyone aligned.
Activity logs are available on product pages, customer pages, order pages, and in a global view from Reports.
Each log entry includes a timestamp, the employee who made the change, and a short description of what changed. For example:
Stock count updated for a product
Customer details edited
A product removed from an order
Where to find activity logs
You can open activity logs from three places.
On a product
Go to Inventory → [Product] → Activity log.
Here you see all changes related to that product and its stock items.
On a customer
Go to Customers → [Customer] → Activity log.
This shows updates like edited contact details, notes, or changes connected to that customer’s orders.
On an order
Go to Orders → [Order] → Activity log.
This includes changes to order items, dates, statuses and payments.
Global activity log
Go to Reports → Activity log.
This shows all actions and changes across your entire account, in one combined timeline.
Use it to review recent team activity, investigate an issue when you are not sure where it started, or audit changes over a broader period.
Filtering activity logs
To focus on what you need, you can filter logs by date and employee.
Filter by date
Use the date filter to show entries within a specific time period. This is useful when reviewing changes around a particular rental, incident, or busy day.
Filter by employee
Filter by employee to see only actions performed by one teammate.
