As your business changes, your billing information may change with it.

Fortunately, any time you need to update your billing information for your Booqable subscription, you can follow these easy steps outlined below.

How it works

Viewing paid invoices for your Booqable subscription, updating your credit card details, and changing your billing address and email address are all possible straight from your Booqable settings.

1. Go to Settings > Account and Billing to access billing information like your current plan, credit card details and billing address, as well as invoices you received from Booqable.

1. How to update your credit card details

Your invoices are paid using your credit card, which must allow recurring payments.

Please note, you are billed in US dollars (even if your company is located outside of the US).

1. Go to Settings > Account and billing.

2. Under Billing information , click β€œUpdate credit card”.

3. Fill in the updated credit card information and click Save.

πŸ’‘Note: By default, your invoices are addressed to your company name and address. However, you can change this in the future if required.

2. How to change your billing address

  1. Go to Settings > Account and billing.

  2. Disable "Use company address for billing".

  3. Fill in the updated billing address and click Save.
