Exporting information from Booqable allows you to understand, store, and share important insights about how your rental business is performing.

The following article will guide you through where and how you can export important store data from your Booqable account.

💡Note: Exports are available on Pro and Premium plans.

How it works

You can export core data from your Booqable account to a CSV file, and the information that Booqable can export includes the following pages.

  • Orders

  • Documents

  • Customers

  • Inventory

  • Reports

💡Note: Once you click the export button, a CSV file will automatically generate outlined with the columns for all the contents of the page.

💡Example: if you are exporting from the Orders page; the columns that will appear will be things like the order number, item count, price, tax region, pickup location and so on. You can remove and add columns as you wish to create a customized report of your own.

1. Export order data

On the orders page of your Booqable account, you can filter the orders listed in your export document by Pickup and return location, Order status, Payment status, Date range, and Tags.

1. Click into the Orders page from the left sidebar and scroll down.

2. Click Export.

2. Export document data

On the documents page of your Booqable account, you can filter the documents summarized in your export document by Sent documents, Finalized documents, Payment status, Date range, Price range, and Tags.

1. Click into the Documents page from the left sidebar and scroll down.

2. Click Export.

3. Export customer data

Exporting customer profile information can be useful to monitor customer growth, and market reach over time.

1. Click Customers.

2. Click Export.

4. Export inventory data

Exporting your inventory list can be useful for generating expenses reports and general warehouse stock-take.

1. Click Inventory.

2. Click Export.

💡Note: Trackable products are exported individually, this means that if a trackable product does not have stock, it will not be exported. For example, if a trackable product has 10 stock items, 10 rows will be present in the export file, each displaying the individual stock item.

5. Export report data

1. In Reports, you will be given the option export information from the Product performance report.

2. You can choose to display data based on finalized documents or orders, active or deleted products, trackable or bulk products, date range, and tags.

3. When you have all the information you need on the screen, click Export.
