  3. Click on the API credentials section.

  5. Paste the API key in Booqable under Shipday API key.

How to generate a route

  1. Create a delivery order from the Orders section.

  2. Once you have entered all the order details, click Reserve to generate the Shipday Inbound and Outbound routes.
These will show up under Information as new fields.

  3. The Inbound route and Outbound route links that appear under Information are tracking links that can be sent to the customer. You can copy these to an email and send it to them.

  4. Both the inbound and outbound routes will appear in Shipday in the Orders section.

  5. In Shipday, you can choose to assign/pre-assign a driver for the inbound and outbound routes. Under Driver, click the Pre-assign/Assign button and choose a driver.

  6. If you assign a driver, they will receive a message to accept the order in their app that looks like the following screenshot:

  7. Once the driver accepts, the status will be updated in the Information section to 'Driver assigned.'

  8. From the order screen in Booqable, under the information section next to "Shipday: Inbound/Outbound status," any more driver updates will also be live updated including: Picked up, On the way, Complete, or Failed Delivery (including delivery note).
