If you are a rental business with multiple store or warehouse locations across your city, state, or country - you will most likely need to view product availability across all locations as a whole.

Keep reading the article below to learn how to quickly and easily view product availability across different locations in Booqable.

How it works

When you have multiple locations, you can select where an order is picked up and returned from the order screen.

Likewise, when you allow multiple locations to fulfill online orders, customers can choose where they want to pick up and return their rental order.

The locations you have set up in Settings > Locations will appear in the date picker of your online hosted store, and on any website you have installed Booqable onto.

💡Note: The return location is always the same as the pickup location.

1. The availability indicator

The availability indicator in the order screen shows the availability for the selected pickup location.

Your online store shows availability for the selected pickup location.

💡Tip: The availability report provides an overview of availability and shortages in individual locations for any given date range.
