Every business is different in how they label certain actions in their store. Some say 'Customer', others say 'Client'. Some say 'Order', others say 'Booking'.

The following article will guide you through how easy it is to personalize these account labels in Booqable.

How it works

When you set a new label, it will change the wording across the backend.

For example, your Orders tab will become a Bookings tab, and so on.

This will also change the naming of these labels on your online store, and documents, unless you type a specific custom phrase for those in your Translations.

๐Ÿ’กNote: To change all customer-facing language and phrases, you can follow our tutorial to learn how to set up translations.

1. Start personalizing your account labels by going to Settings > General > Personalize your labels.

2. Next to each label, click the drop-down menu to select which alternative wording you would like to use within your account.

You're all set!

You have now successfully learnt how to personalize your account labels in Booqable.
