Pay now, invoice later

You can register one or more payments to an order, and create an invoice at a later stage.
This is useful if you want to accept down payments on large orders, or when you're not sure what the final amount will be.

  1. When viewing an Order, press the + Payment button.
  2. Register the (full or partial) amount.
  3. Click New invoice.
  4. You'll be prompted which payments should be included in the invoice. 
  5. Click Create invoice.  

Invoice now, pay later

You can also register payments to an existing invoice.

  1. From an invoice, press the + Payment due button.
  2. Register the (full or partial) amount.
  3. Add more payments (optional).

  1. From an Order with an existing invoice, press the + Payment button.
  2. Select the invoice you want to register the payment to.
  3. Register the (full or partial) amount.
